I was born in September 1985 . I remember being fascinated by what went on in the kitchen. It just seemed such a cool place, everyone working together to make this lovely stuff and having a laugh doing it.
When I was about 10, my mother allow me to help him at kitchen. By the time I was 11, I like and always help my mother to do the preparation for my cousin wedding. A lot of the boys at school thought that cooking was a girlie thing. I didn’t really care, i really like to do it.
When I was 16, I take decision to go that school have teach about cooking.
After I finish my study at secondary school, went to Comunity College that teach about hospitality industry and then did some part time at hotel, learning as much as I could. I graduated it after 2 years I study at there.
When I was 20, I work as a baker for 2 years.
Continue study at Malaysian Institute of Baking. Lot things about bread, cookies, cake & dessert that I have learn at that college.
